[重要資訊] 你要申請的學校是不是有開放呢?

在PO完上一篇文章中，"州大招新生數 視撥款額而定"，許多學生來信問我說："要怎麼知道哪些CSU學校是否有開放招生呢?" ；因此我特別到CSUMentor的網站上去查一下，也COPY了整份原始表格，大家就仔細往下看。


由於2010的申請多數都已經截止了，至於2011 Winter，如果你連成績都還沒有到達低標的話，我看也是來不及啦!!!所以主編Ellen先PO上2011 Spring的學校狀況給大家了解一下囉!!!不過在看下面這張表格時，主編先說明幾件事：


1. 學校狀況欄(Status)中註明close則表示在2011Spring該學校是不進行招生的。


2. 學校狀況欄(Status)中雖然註明Open，不表示所有的科系都開放招生，細節還是得請大家上 http://www.csumentor.edu/filing_status/Default.asp查看一下各學校Closed Major下的[View]。


3. 紅色特別Highlight起來的地方，是針對申請研究所的學生，表示該校對於研究所是不開放招生的。

4. 學校的狀況會不定期做變更，如果主編沒有及時做更新，則請大家隨時注意 http://www.csumentor.edu 上發布的消息。


5.這張表格是針對CSU系統的學校，其它體系的學校必須與該學校做進一步聯繫。

INTERNATIONAL APPLICATION FILING STATUSES FOR SPRING 2011 (Applications for Spring 2011 are accepted beginning August 1, 2010)

CSU Chico	Open, but note the following: We are not open to applicants who want to apply for a second bachelor's degree. This application is only open to students who will study in the U.S. on an F or J visa.
CSU Dominguez Hills	Open, but note the following: We are closed for first time freshman applicants at this time. We are not accepting lower division applicants at this time. In order to apply for a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, you must already have an RN license. We currently are not accepting applications for applicants seeking a second Bachelor's degree.
CSU East Bay	Open, but note the following: Cal State East Bay is not accepting applications for Spring 2011 from first time freshmen. Cal State East Bay is not accepting applications for Spring 2011 from lower division transfer students. Cal State East Bay is not accepting applications from students seeking an additional BA/BS degree.
CSU Fresno	Open
CSU Fullerton	Open, but note the following: Cal Staee Fullerton does not accept applications for Spring 2011 from first-time freshmen. Cal State Fullerton is not accepting applications from lower division applicants (freshmen and sophomores) for Spring 2011 Cal State Fullerton is not accepting applications for spring 2011 for 2nd baccalaureate degree.
CSU Long Beach	Open, but note the following: Applicants are required to include an e-mail address. The international application is for students planning to attend CSULB on an F or J visa. Transfer applicants are required to report a GPA for all transferable undergraduate college work on page 5 of the application. CSULB is closed to Graduate/Post-Baccalaureate applications for Spring 2011, except for selected credential programs. CSULB is not accepting applications from first-time freshmen or lower division transfers for Spring 2011. International applicants must select a major.
CSU Los Angeles	Closed
CSU Monterey Bay	Closed
CSU Northridge	Open, but note the following: California State University, Northridge is not accepting post baccalaurete, unclassified applications for the Spring 2011 term.
CSU Sacramento	Open, but note the following: Closed to Freshman, Lower Division Transfer students (those who have completed less than 60 transferable units) , Second Bachelors and Graduate(Masters seeking students)
CSU San Bernardino	Open
CSU San Marcos	Open
CSU Stanislaus	Open
Humboldt State University	Closed
San Diego State University	Closed, but note the following: Undergraduate Applicants: Spring 2011 applications will be accepted from international, upper division transfer applicants who have completed all of their academic course work at U.S. schools and at least 50% of the course work at community colleges in the SDSU service area. See campus notice. Please use the CSUMentor Undergraduate application to apply for spring 2011. Graduate Applicants: SDSU will not have a spring 2011 graduate admissions cycle. See campus notice.
San Francisco State University	Open, but note the following: The CSUMentor International Admission Application is only intended for applicants who require an F-1 or J-1 visa. If you do not require an F-1 or J-1 visa, you must fill out the Graduate Admission Application: http://www.csumentor.edu/admissionapp/grad_apply.asp You must enter an e-mail address on Screen 1 ("Name and Address") before you can submit your application. Go back to Screen 1 and enter an e-mail address under "Contact Information". San Francisco State University is not accepting second baccalaureate applicants. International applicants cannot apply with an undeclared major. The international application is not available for applicants other than F1 and J1. San Jose State University	Closed, but note the following: SJSU will not accept applications for admission for Spring 2011 from international applicants for all regular (state supported) graduate programs as well as those seeking a second bachelor's degree (Post-Baccalaureates). SJSU will accept applications to our Single and Multiple Subject Credential programs beginning on August 1, 2010 and closing on September 15, 2010. There are no exceptions to these application deadlines. SJSU is also accepting applications to a limited number of special session (self-support) professional, graduate level programs offered in Spring 2011. If you are not interested in a special session program, SJSU will open for applications for Fall 2011 on October 1, 2010. If you are an applicant with a residency/Visa type other than an F or J visa, please use our graduate application.
